Original KidKit™ products were created with valuable input from parents, teachers and of course KIDS. Our products are intended to encourage an enthusiasm for travel and an appreciation for other cultures. We want your kids to have fun while they develop their creative thinking and increase their self-esteem by mastering basics such as their letters, numbers and shapes as well as increasing their knowledge of the world they live in.
It hasn't been easy but we're committed to making The Original KidKit in the U.S.A. We've made every effort to design our line with minimal packaging and materials that are safe for our kids and kind to our planet—from our dry-erase vinyl which is phthalate-free and recyclable to the compostable cello sleeves used to package our sticker sets. There is no need to bother with wrapping when giving an Original KidKit as a gift because let's face it, our bags are really cute and include a Charlie the owl gift tag. We want to make it easy for families to grab an Original KidKit and go -- the KidKit is TSA-friendly, super light, large enough to include a favorite toy or book, yet small enough for kids to pop in their backpacks on longer trips. All orders are shipped out of Los Angeles, CA. Orders placed Monday thru Friday will be confirmed by email within 48 hours of being placed. Purchases made on Saturday, Sunday, or national holidays will be confirmed the next business day. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing orders. If you need an order rushed, please let us know and we will do our best to honor your request and get it shipped to you ASAP.
We ship by USPS Priority and First Class Mail to addresses within the U.S. and by UPS upon request. UPS will not deliver to PO Box addresses or APO addresses. International orders take approx. 1-2 weeks in transit and are shipped by First Class Mail with no tracking. We are not responsible for any lost packages, delays or additional duty charged by customs.
We are confident you will enjoy our products, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order to get a return authorization (RA) number to include with your return. Return the product to us within 30 days of purchase along with a copy of your invoice, your contact info, the reason for the return, the RA number and whether you’d like a refund or an exchange. Please make sure to send your return by a shipping service that provides tracking. We are not responsible for shipping costs.
Applicable sales tax will be charged to all purchases shipped in the state of California.
